PRIVACY POLICY

• Prairie Artistry treats your personal information with the utmost confidentiality.  We do not trade, sell or intentionally disclose your information to any parties other than those involved in this transaction.
• All credit card information is never seen by anyone at Prairie Artistry, as your payment is made directly through the bank entrusted PayPal. 
• From time to time, Prairie Artistry may send you notices of sales/specials or new arrivals.  If you prefer not to receive these emails, kindly email us to let us know.

RETURN POLICY

• Prairie Artistry will exchange any item returned within 30 days of the shipping date, as long as the following requirements are met:
• The item must be in new / unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• The customer must email us for a ‘Return Authorization Number’ (RAN) before sending back any item.
• Return Authorization Numbers will expire 15 days after the date of issue, so returned items must be received by this date.
• The Return Authorization Number must appear on the upper left hand corner of your shipping label, as well as on any other correspondence.
• Returned items must be packaged securely.  Your order/invoice, along with a letter listing the item(s) and reason for return must be enclosed.
• Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to the error of Prairie Artistry. 
• There may be a re-stocking fee of 25% on non-defective items returned.
• There are NO returns on Custom orders.
• No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
• Preferred method of return is via Canada Post.
• There are no returns on overseas orders.

REFUNDS / CANCELLING ORDERS / OUR GUARANTEE

1. Once orders have been sent out for delivery or shipping, they cannot be cancelled.
2. For Refunds, Prairie Artistry must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the gift.  Note that a 25% restocking fee may be applied.  In all cases, the item is to be returned to Prairie Artistry before it is replaced or refunded.  Note:  All gifts will be carefully inspected and photographed before packaging, to ensure no damage or poor quality prior to shipping.  Please follow the ‘Return Policy’.
3. It is our intention to meet or exceed your expectations by providing top notch handcrafted quality.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, Prairie Artistry will gladly substitute another gift item of the same price. 
4. Prairie Artistry will not be held responsible for any products or orders placed by accessing another vendors’ link from our website www.prairieartistry.com.

USE OF MATERIAL AND GRAPHICS

• The use of all Artists material and graphics used on the website for Prairie Artistry belongs exclusively to our Prairie Artists and are protected by the Copyright Act.  You cannot download, save or print any of them for your personal or business use. 
• If for any reason you want to use one or several items, you must submit your request in writing.  Note that some fees may apply. 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

1. The colors of our products as they are displayed on your computer screen may differ slightly from the way they look in person.  Every monitor shows color in a different manner; this may be a result of differences in resolution or digital photography.
2. Prairie Artistry is not liable for any and all damages and losses arising from, or in ay way related to the use of this website, information contained on this website, products and services described on this website, or hypertext links provided on this website.  This includes, without limitation, damage to any computer, software or data by any virus which might be transmitted or activated via this website or by access to this website.  The suitability and content of information accessed by hypertext link from this website are the sole responsibility of the persons or organizations that maintain that information.
