HOW TO ORDER

• Browse our gift/souvenir selections.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST or Shipping/handling.
• Select your gift.
• There are 3 ways to place your order:
• For Online orders, we use PayPal.  PayPal provides secure processing where you can use your credit card without providing us the card information.  There is no additional charge to you for using the PayPal service.  Through PayPal, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button for each desired item.  When you are finished adding items, choose ‘Checkout’ in the PayPal shopping cart window and follow the instructions there.  If you experience problems with the PayPal shopping cart, you can access their help center by clicking here,
• If you do not wish to use the Shopping Cart / PayPal method, you can print out the Order form found at the bottom of the Shopping Cart/Checkout. Mail the form, along with your Money Order in Canadian dollars (no cheques, cash or COD’s please) payable to Right Hand Solutions, 126 Stone Cres SE, Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada  T1B 3K9.  Please note we cannot take credit cards over the phone.
• For LOCAL delivery where you do not want to pay the shipping fee, you must place an order by sending us a direct email to RHS@prairieartistry.com.   When doing this, make sure you state all the necessary details of your order, as well as your phone number and/or cell phone number, along with desired date/time frame of delivery.   This way, instead of paying shipping costs, there may be a $5-$6 delivery charge.  For local deliveries, PAYMENT MUST BE CASH AT TIME OF DELIVERY and a receipt will be given.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you order through the secure PayPal with your credit card and wish to have local delivery, any shipping cost charged to you over and above $6 will be reimbursed at the time of the delivery
• If you are interested in a CUSTOM order from one of our Artists, please email us and we will gladly work with you to provide a totally unique gift.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

1. All orders are confirmed via Email prior to being processed.  Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any changes prior to your order being processed.
2. Shipping and handling costs are additional to the cost of the gift.
3. Each customer will be notified via email as to the date of shipment.  You will also be notified if there is to be a delay in shipping.
4. Please email RHS@prairieartistry.com  if you need to check the status of your order.  If your order has already been shipped when you inquire, we cannot cancel it.  
5. Shipping and delivery occurs on regular business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) between 9 am and 5 pm.
6. Prairie Artistry ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  This includes $100 Insurance against loss or damage and provides Delivery Confirmation.  Prairie Artistry does not take responsibility for loss or damage on orders exceeding $100 in value. 
7. To prevent exhorbitant shipping costs, any order $20.00 or less is not covered by shipping insurance. Prairie Artistry cannot be responsible for items lost through Canada Post.
8. If you are not home, Canada Post will leave a notice for you to pick up the package at the nearest postal station.  If the package is not picked up and Canada Post returns the package to Prairie Artistry, the sender will be charged the ‘return’ shipping charges.
9. For Next Day Local Delivery, we require your order to be placed by NOON Mountain Standard Time.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped/delivered the next business day. You must specify if you prefer local delivery within Medicine Hat; otherwise all purchased items will be mailed.
10. For local deliveries, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a delivery time.  If an attempt is made to deliver and you are not available at time of arranged delivery, you will be charged for a second delivery if we cannot reach you by phone to change the delivery location or time.
11. Prairie Artistry does not recommend shipments to Hospitals, as delivery cannot be guaranteed due to patients being checked out prior to delivery of the gift.
12. Prairie Artistry promises to do our very best to ensure your gifts are sent and received in the best way possible.   Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped in the same package.
13. If a package is returned to Prairie Artistry because of an incorrect address provided by our customer, the gift can be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost.  No refunds will pertain in this circumstance.
14. Re-shipping a gift may cause a 15% handling charge if Prairie Artistry needs to re-inspect, re-wrap and package for a second time.   It is of utmost importance that you ensure we are provided with the correct address and phone number.
15. Customers are responsible for all Customs paperwork and brokerage fees that apply to shipping outside Canada.
16. Extra shipping time may be required for remote or smaller locations.  Extreme weather conditions or seasonal high volume may cause delivery delays.
17. Delivery Times are approximate:

    - 4-10 days to Alberta, BC and Sask
    - 7-15 days across Canada
    - Minimum 15 days to USA and Worldwide  (due to items having to clear US customs the shipping times may vary
